Sydney Hansen is a Duluth, Minnesota native and Nashville-based recording artist whose sultry vocals and emotionally driven songwriting are quickly positioning her as a standout emerging voice in modern country music. She began writing original songs at just thirteen, drawing from real-life love, heartbreak, and self-discovery to craft honest, resonant storytelling.
As a standout young woman from the Northern pines, her sound currently naturally blends country and Southern rock, marked by warmth, grit, and melodic instinct.
After building momentum across the Upper Midwest, Hansen relocated to Nashville following the release of her single “Somebody’s Nobody.” She is now a Belmont University student, full-time singer-songwriter, and collaborator with legendary producer Kent Wells. Her single “You or The Whiskey” achieved notable chart success as the #2 charting independent artist and earned multiple Josie Music Award nominations. Hansen signed with Get Joe Records in 2025, working on an upcoming EP that is set to be released in spring 2026, as she continues to tour and build national buzz.
Onstage, Sydney’s charisma is undeniable. She has shared stages with major national acts including Jon Pardi, LOCASH, Hairball, and Chris Kroeze—a testament to both her professionalism and her magnetic live presence. With the Sydney Hansen Band, she delivers a dynamic show blending her original music with power-packed covers that span southern rock, classic rock, blues, and modern country.
Industry professionals and radio personalities have taken notice. KFAV Radio Host Mike Thomas remarked, “The last time I had this impression of a new artist was in 2006 when I first saw Taylor Swift… I may have seen one of the country’s next superstars.” KIX 96’s Fletch Brown adds, “I haven’t felt this way about an artist since listening to Ingrid Andress for the first time.”
This isn’t just a deal —it’s a promise to keep showing up louder, stronger, and unapologetically no matter what!
